Frequently Asked Questions

Can I order a sample before bulk production?

Yes. We strongly recommend sample approval before mass production. Sample cost is typically refundable against bulk orders. Shipping is at buyer’s cost.

What information do I need to provide for a quote?

Product type, dimensions, materials, finish, quantity, and destination country. Reference photos or CAD drawings help us quote faster and more accurately.

Do you accept small orders or mixed containers?

Yes. We can accommodate mixed-item containers (LCL or FCL) with different products in one shipment. MOQ is flexible for mixed orders.

Can you match a specific design or brand style?

We do OEM/ODM production. Provide reference images and we’ll develop the product to match your specifications while respecting IP boundaries.

What payment terms do you accept?

Standard: 30% deposit + 70% before shipment (T/T). For established clients: 30/70 with LC or trade assurance options available.

Do you provide quality inspection reports?

Yes. We provide in-house QC reports with photos. Third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV) can be arranged at buyer’s request.
